Here at Toe the Line we understand last minute shopping. This small business offers a generous and flexible policy. Toe the line offers the option to return, exchange or receive a store credit for the merchandise purchased.
In order to complete an exchange, return or store credit, the receipt and tags must be present at time of return, exchange or store credit transaction.
All items must have tags, be unworn, and in same condition as purchased. Shoes and Tights can be exchanged or receive a store credit.
All sale items are final.
All returns are accepted no later than 7 days from the date of purchase.
An exchange or option for store credit is accepted no later than 14 days from the date of purchase.

Thank you for purchasing your pointe shoes at Toe the Line! We are happy to help you find the best pair for your feet. We understand how important and difficult pointe shoe fittings are and our staff if trained to give you the best fit possible.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, shoes that have not been worn or sewn can be returned or exchanged within 14 days.
If you are fitted, purchased a pair of shoes and then return the shoes without an exchange, you will be refunded everything except a $25 Fitting Fee.*
*This fee is applied to pointe shoe fittings here at Toe the Line. This fee is only applied when you are fitted but do not purchase a pointe shoe from Toe the Line.
